The Private Hire Car Driver Vocational Licence (PDVL) medical check up is required by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for taxi and private-hire car drivers in Singapore.
New PDVL Application
Required for first-time applicants for a taxi or private-hire car driver vocational licence.
PDVL Renewal
Required when renewing an existing PDVL before it expires.
SPF Aged Driver Medical
Required for drivers aged 65 and above under the Singapore Police Force (SPF) aged driver scheme.

Sun/PH: $3.21/entry from 7am to 7am the following day
