The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore requires Work Permit applicants and holders to undergo a medical examination as part of the application or renewal process. The purpose of this medical check up for work permit is to ensure that foreign workers are in good health and do not pose health risks to the workplace or the public.

Documents To Bring

  1. Bring along your identity (passport/work pass), In-Principle Approval Form & Medical Form.
  2. Payment Options: Cash, NETS or PayNow.

Duration and Report Collection

  1. Most clients complete their tests within 20 to 30 minutes especially during off-peak hours.
  2. The medical report will be ready the next working day from date of visit at 4pm (Working days are only weekdays). Meaning that if you come on a Friday, the report will be ready only on Monday.
  3. You may request to receive your medical report (soft copy) either via email or through WhatsApp.
  4. Same day report at 4pm option is possible if you come before 9am on a weekday, additional charge of $30 is required with this option.

Should I make an appointment for medical check up?

You may walk in for the medical check without an appointment but waiting time for registration will vary depending on the crowd.

Normally waiting time is around 30 minutes. We always have slots available as long as it’s within our operational time between 7:30am to 5:30pm Weekdays and 7:30am to 12:30pm Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Alternatively, if you wish to skip the registration waiting time you may make a prepaid appointment by simply sending us a WhatsApp to +6581855577 for further instructions.

Who should I get in touch with to enquire about my medical report?

You may check the status and/or request for a soft copy report through WhatsApp to +6586526888 only from your report’s collection date and time which will be indicated in the receipt provided.

When or how will I receive my medical examination report?

Kindly refer to the receipt you were provided with to know when your report will be ready for collection. Further instructions will be provided on how you can retrieve the report.

Do I need to come in personally to collect the report?

You may come personally or ask someone to collect your report on behalf. They simply need to produce at least a soft copy version of your ID and receipt.
