    Individuals seeking to update their vaccination records in Singapore's National Immunization Registry (NIR).
    To be eligible for this update, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents.
    2. Work Permit, Employment Pass, and S Pass Holders.
    3. Long-Term Pass Holders, such as those with a Long-Term Visitor Pass, Dependent Pass, or Student Pass.
    4. Short-Term Pass Holders planning to stay for more than 30 days.

  • Documents To Bring

    Bring along your identity (NRIC/passport/work pass), physical or digital copy of your overseas COVID-19 vaccination document.

    We can accept only those serology exempted certificates that are listed on the Ministry of Health (MOH)'s website.

  • Duration In Clinic

    Most clients complete their registration/test within 20 to 30 minutes especially during off-peak hours.

  • Updates and Results

    1. Option A: Vaccination records will be updated to NIR by 5pm on the next day after the date of the visit.
    2. Option A: with [add on] is possible if you come before 5pm on a weekday and before 12pm on Saturday, additional charge of $10 is required for this option.
    3. Option B: Test result will be ready, and Vaccination records will be updated to NIR by 5pm on the next working day after the date of the visit.
      (Working days are only weekdays). Meaning that if you come on a Friday, the report will be ready only on Monday.
    4. Option B: with [add on] is possible if you come before 9am on a weekday, additional charge of $15 is required for this option.

Registration

To register, the Passport along with the In Principle Approval form and Medical form is required. Either cash payment or nets-payment is accepted.

The holder’s name labels and a receipt will be printed and pass on to the holder. The In principle approval form and passport will then be returned. Our nurse will direct you to the measurement station.
