ICA Medical Check Up is a health check required by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for long-term pass applications, like Permanent Residency or Long-Term Visit Passes. It typically includes a physical examination, chest X-ray, and blood tests for infectious diseases like tuberculosis and HIV. This examination is part of the application process and must be conducted by a registered medical practitioner.
How May I Proceed?
We welcome walk-ins for MOM medical check-ups / ICA medical check-ups. You can visit us during our operating hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Should I make an appointment for MOM / ICA medical check up?
You may walk in for the medical check without an appointment but waiting time for registration will vary depending on the crowd.
Normally waiting time is around 30 minutes. We always have slots available as long as it’s within our operational time between 7:30am to 5:30pm Weekdays and 7:30am to 12:30pm Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Alternatively, if you wish to skip the registration waiting time you may make a prepaid appointment by simply sending us a WhatsApp to +65 8185 5577 for further instructions.
Who should I get in touch with to enquire about my medical report?
You may check the status and/or request for a soft copy report through WhatsApp to +65 8652 6888 only from your report’s collection date and time which will be indicated in the receipt provided.
When or how will I receive my medical examination report?
Kindly refer to the receipt you were provided with to know when your report will be ready for collection. Further instructions will be provided on how you can retrieve the report.
Do I need to come in personally to collect the report?
You may come personally or ask someone to collect your report on behalf. They simply need to produce at least a soft copy version of your ID and receipt.
