Documents To Bring
- Bring along your identity (passport/work pass)
- Payment Options: Cash, NETS or PayNow.
Duration and Report Collection
- Most clients complete their tests within 20 to 30 minutes especially during off-peak hours.
- The medical report will be ready the next working day from date of visit at 4pm (Working days are only weekdays). Meaning that if you come on a Friday, the report will be ready only on Monday.
- You may request to receive your medical report (soft copy) either via email or through WhatsApp.
- Same day report at 4pm option is possible if you come before 9am on a weekday, additional charge of $15 is required with this option.
How May I Proceed?
We welcome walk-ins for Serology Test. You can visit us during our operating hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
